By accessing or using the services provided by ClickMobile Solutions Inc. ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
ClickMobile Solutions provides AI voice systems, custom automation systems, website design, CRM workflows, SMS/email automation, and related digital services for businesses. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.
3. Consultations and Proposals
Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Proposals and project scopes are non-binding until a formal agreement is signed by both parties. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
4. Payments and Invoices
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees as outlined in the project agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access to accounts and systems, and content required for project completion. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may affect project timelines.
6. Website, Automation, and AI Service Limitations
While we strive for optimal performance, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for websites, automation systems, or AI voice services. Third-party platform outages, API changes, or technical issues beyond our control may temporarily affect service delivery.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by third-party providers. Additional costs for third-party subscriptions are the client's responsibility.
8. SMS and Communication Terms
By opting in to SMS communications from ClickMobile Solutions, you agree to receive messages related to your inquiry, consultation, appointment reminders, service updates, and customer support. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-built deliverables as specified in the project agreement. ClickMobile Solutions retains the right to use project examples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. No Guarantee of Results
ClickMobile Solutions may provide strategy, automation, AI voice systems, websites, CRM workflows, digital marketing systems, and related services. Results may vary based on the client's business, offer, market, implementation, and follow-up process. ClickMobile Solutions does not guarantee specific revenue, leads, rankings, or business outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
ClickMobile Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate services as outlined in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
